ABELOのゴールド製品は、アメリカのスタンダードである 14K(14金)を使用しており、イエローゴールドを中心に、スペシャルオーダーでホワイトゴールド、ピンクゴールドまたは18K(18金)もご用意しております。(一部の商品により)

14K ゴールドは58.5%の純金(24金)に銀・銅などの金属(割金)を加えて硬度を高くし、傷が着きにくく加工されているため、美しい光沢をより長く楽しむ事が出来ます。

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders will ship with USPS first class mail with tracking number and "insurance".(Insurance only covers items that are lost in the mail.)
It takes 2-5business days depending on your location being shipped to from me.
Please keep in mind that delays can happen based on weather, holidays, and another unknown reasons.
Tracking number will be  e-mailed once your item has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Tracking & Insurance **NOT INCLUDED** )

International First Class shipping can take 2-4 weeks (on average).
To keep the cost of the postage low, USPS First Class is used without tracking service.  Tracking service can be provided by upgrading your shipment(s) to Express Mail for an additional cost. Please contact prior to placing your order.

Since TRACKING is NOT INCLUDED in International First Class Mail we can not guarantee the arrival of your package and can NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
Please upgrade to Priority or Express Mail which does offer TRACKING and INSURANCE. 
International orders over $100 must upgrade to Priority or Express Mail. 

Please understand I will make every effort to get your package to you as fast as possible, however - once it has shipped it is no longer in my hands - so shipping times may vary.

We will ship to the address on your PayPal shipping address. Please specify if you need the order to be send to another address. It is important to check your address on Paypal before you pay.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, however we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for store credit, less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) was received. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. Any sign of use or damage are not qualify for credit or refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return to be processed.

 

Step 1. E-mail us the reasons that you wish to return. 

Step 2. Receive RA# ( return authrization number ) from us by e-mail. Please allow us for couple of business days to                    process your RA#.

Step 3. Package the item with original condition with original package. 

             We recommend to isure the package for the amount of your purchase. We are not responsible for items are                     damaged or lost in return shipment.

             Please include the copy of the invoice and write RA# that we provided. 

Step 4. After we recieve the items, we will exsam items condition and issue store credit or refund. Please allow 1 week                  from when we receive your return to be processed.
